Smart Cutter 是一款精准视频剪辑器，专用于处理高清视频的编码，它支持的视频编码包括MP4, MOV, M2TS, TS, PS, TP, TRP, MTS, MPG, VOB, H.264/AVC, AVCHD, MPEG2, DVD等。
Smart Cutter使用无损剪辑方式，即不重新编码，处理速度极快。实际处理中只对剪切片段起始和终止的很小一小部分重新编码，中间的大部分视频片段是无损的。因此 Smart Cutter 是一款整理素材的便捷工具。
